Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to stock availability and the eligibility criteria below.

Your first eligible size exchange is complimentary. Any additional exchange requests for the same order may attract applicable shipping charges.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of use.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection after the product is received.

THODA SOFT reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned product does not meet the above eligibility criteria.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within the eligible period by emailing thodasoft@gmail.com or through our Contact page or WhatsApp support. Kindly include your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for.

Once your request is approved, we’ll share the next steps.

Exchange Process

• Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.
• If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative available size, store credit, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
• Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, which typically takes 2–3 business days.
• After approval, your replacement order will be dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Orders delivered as per the customer’s selection are generally not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds or replacements will be provided only in the following situations:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive an incorrect product.
• Your prepaid order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been successfully completed.
• Where otherwise required under applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing thodasoft@gmail.com with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

• Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
• Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.
• Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or similar on the product page.
• Gift cards, promotional items, and complimentary products.

Shipping for Exchanges

Where reverse pickup service is available, we’ll arrange the pickup for eligible exchanges. In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to us using a reliable courier service.

Order Refusal & Return to Origin (RTO)

To maintain a fair shopping experience for all customers, THODA SOFT reserves the right to refuse Cash on Delivery (COD), require prepaid payment, limit certain payment methods, or decline future orders in cases of repeated order refusals, excessive Return to Origin (RTO) incidents, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or misuse of our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
